Fence & Deck Connection partnered with Conifer-Lechase Construction to supply and install the balcony railing, site railing, parking garage guards, commercial fencing and gazebo for the new apartment complex.
Balcony Railing at Red Run
For the balcony railing at The Preserve at Red Run Apartments, Ultralox Mission picket rail system was chosen. This profile is widely specified on commercial projects due to the refined elegance of the continuous top rail and the construction from corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy. They also use hidden fasteners and textured powder coating for outstanding beauty and durability. We installed 42″ Ultralox aluminum railing 2 rail with continuous mission top profile, 1/2″ x 3/4″ pickets, 1 3/4″ line post. Railing is attached to the building and the columns.
Entrance, ADA Ramp and Stair Railing
We supplied and installed 42″ Ultralox white aluminum railing which matches the same rail installed on the apartment balconies. The railing features 2 rails with Mission top profile, 1/2″ x 3/4″ pickets, 3″ post to post connection. The railing was surface mounted to the concrete ramps and stairs. Railing includes an ADA continuous handrail.
