Maris Annapolis is a new 450,000 square foot luxury apartment building near the Parole Town Center in Annapolis, Maryland. The project has 293 units, an interior landscaped courtyard as well as a roof top pool and amenity center to enjoy the panoramic views.
Fence & Deck Connection partnered with LMC – A Lennar Company, also known as Lennar Multifamily Communities, to supply and install premium aluminum juliette balconies and glass panel rooftop railing systems for this beautiful rental complex.
Juliette Balcony Railing
Fence & Deck Connection installed 245 custom juliette balcony railings in bronze Ultralox Aluminum 3 Rail with architectural C-channel. The Mission style profile with ½” x ¾” aluminum pickets was chosen to maintain the modern appeal of the building. Ultralox aluminum railing uses hidden fasteners and textured powder coating for outstanding beauty and durability. These juliette balcony railings we installed both on the exterior of the building as well as the interior courtyard.

Roof Top Glass Panel Aluminum Railing
Fence & Deck Connection installed 250 linear feet of 42 inch Ultralox premium aluminum railing with mission continuous top rail and glass panel infill at the Maris roof top pool deck. Tenants are treated to an undisturbed view and a sleek look with glass panel railing. The Ultralox system is engineered and tested to the Approved to ICC-ES AC273 commercial and residential building codes. It offers a hidden-fastener system with no welds or rivets, resulting in a clean finished product. Bronze Ultralox Mission Rail was used to compliment the same railing used on the juliette balconies.
