Fence & Deck Connection partnered with Sens Inc. to supply and install aluminum balcony railings for 107 units, a pool deck railing and outside ADA ramp railing. We also installed a decorative roof top pergola, glass panel railing in the lobby, and stacked stairwell railing in the interior emergency exit stairwells.
Aluminum Shadow Box Dividers for Privacy
Two Alumi-Guard 3 Rail Fortress Shadow Box divider panels on shared balconies on the south elevation provides privacy & protection for tenants. Alumi-Guard products offer Superior Powder Coated Strength which is durable and long lasting – virtually maintenance free. Salt Spray Tested & Wind rated which is demanded for this type of environment.
Decorative Pergola Perfectly Frames Hotel Name Sign
We installed a roof top pergola built using fire rated pressure treated lumber. 6″x 6″ support posts and beams, with 2″x 8″ bracing, and 2″x 6″ pergola joist. Hurricane rated with 7/8″ galvanized bolts, Simpson hurricane ties attached W8 steel I-beams anchored to the roof. Painted white.
Hotel Grand Lobby Elegance
We installed Ultralox Colonial bronze aluminum railing with 1/2″ clear tempered glass panels in the Fairfield Inn & Suites Grand Lobby for a clean and elegant look.
Custom Stairwell Railing
Custom manufactured Ultralox railing was stacked in the interior emergency exit stairwells to allows for clearance required by the Ocean City fire marshal.
